She is a limited edition numbered 1001 out of 5000 and comes with her original Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
Patty is dressed in a festive red and white cheerleader-style outfit with silver pom-poms, a tiny red hat, and a signature pin designed by Annette Funicello.
