Porchfest Boonville and its organizing committee reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, public health concerns, or safety threats. Sponsors will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible.
Sponsorship benefits are structured according to official sponsorship levels. Contributions below these levels will be considered donations and will not automatically include benefits such as event promotion or branding. Benefits are allocated based on sponsorship tiers and availability.
By submitting this sponsorship application, you acknowledge that all sponsorships and donations are final. Refunds are not provided except in rare cases at the discretion of Porchfest Boonville.
Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Porchfest Boonville, Stoney Shire Inc., its partners, and representatives against any claims arising from their sponsorship. Sponsors must comply with all applicable laws and event guidelines.
