A busker is a street performer who entertains the public in open spaces. At Porchfest, buskers are placed in high-traffic areas where festival-goers can stop, watch, and enjoy the show.

Saturday, August 16 – Buskers can start as early as 11:00 AM before the Woodsmen Field Days Parade! Performances continue throughout the day at designated locations.
Sunday, August 17 – Buskers are welcome all day from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM!
Busker locations are first-come, first-served—but we’ll make sure everyone has a great spot!
Porchfest is a celebration of live music and street performance. We encourage attendees to show their appreciation for performers in a way that feels right to them—whether that’s applause, engagement, or another form of support.
Performers are welcome to display signage or information on how fans can stay connected and support their craft.
Performers are responsible for adhering to any local guidelines regarding public performances.
